Contact me to discuss the options, custom features and wood choices that are best for you. When the details of your instrument are decided upon, I'll send you an itemized confirmation and projected completion date. When you sign and return this order confirmation along with your deposit, your order will be booked and its position in the building schedule secured.

An initial deposit of 1/3 of the instrument's total cost is required to place your order. A second 1/3 payment is due when work begins on your guitar, usually 3-4 months before delivery. The final 1/3 payment is due when your instrument is completed and ready to ship.

Shipment & Warranty

Your guitar will be shipped to you by Federal Express. If upon receipt of your instrument you are not completely satisfied, you may contact me within 48 hours to express any concerns. If you wish to return the instrument, a full refund will be made upon the safe return and subsequent resale of the undamaged instrument.

Bamburg Guitars are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser during the working life of the builder against defective materials or workmanship. Upon notice of any defect, Bamburg Guitars will repair or replace any defective part or material. Instruments returned for warranty repair must be shipped pre-paid and will be returned collect postage. Damage incurred by misuse, accidents, normal wear or natural cracking of wood or finishes due to changes in temperature or humidity is not covered under the warranty. This is the sole warranty of Bamburg Guitars and includes the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No other written or oral warranty applies.
